Results screens, 2024-2025 proxy season

2025-20262024-20252023-2024

Four fixed lists for meetings held from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, built from the vote results companies file with the SEC (Form 8-K, Item 5.07). Each row links to the company’s page for the season.

Failed and low say-on-pay votes (74 listed)

Annual advisory votes on executive pay (say-on-pay) that the company’s 8-K reports as not approved, then those it reports as approved with under 70% support. Say-on-pay frequency votes, golden-parachute (merger pay) votes and director-pay votes are not say-on-pay and are left out.

Director nominees with under 80% support (713 listed)

Director nominees whose support in the company’s 8-K tally is under 80%, lowest first. This screen is built on the tally: the election result is shown where the filing states it, and marked not verified where it does not. Contested elections, where a dissident ran its own nominees, are listed separately below.

Shareholder proposals that won a majority of the votes cast (21 listed)

Proposals put on the ballot by shareholders that received more than half of the votes cast, highest first, with the outcome the company’s 8-K reports. A majority of the votes cast is not always enough: where the filing says such a proposal was not approved, it is listed with the filing’s word.

Closest votes (35 listed)

Ballot items decided within 5 points of 50% of the votes cast, closest first, with the outcome the company’s 8-K reports. Items the filing says needed more than a majority of the votes cast are left out (50% was not the line that decided them), and so are director nominees in contested elections.

Built October 13, 2026 from the company pages as published that day. A season runs from July 1 to June 30; only companies with a page on this site are included. How the figures are read.
